More important than your professional profile is your actual competence, consisting of knowledge, experience, and motivation to carry out the described tasks. Ideally, you possess the following education, skills, experience, and qualities:

  • (Industrial) commercial training or (specialized) university studies in business administration, industrial engineering or similar, preferably with a focus on sales.
  • Salesperson, networker, people person with a passion for communication
  • Relevant sales experience, including new customer acquisition; personal network in the B2B software sales sector.
  • Experience in managing and advising key accounts
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the areas of project management, management systems and process management
  • Empathy, passion, motivation, and a desire for success
  • Customer focus, goal orientation, and entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Curiosity, openness and passion for software/IT technologies and trends, as well as their meaningful/efficient use in companies
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Operational readiness and mobility

What you will be working on

  • Independent acquisition, consulting and support of new and existing customers (focus: lead generation and management)
  • Sales of our software product (MSO Management Software) and the associated projects and services.
  • Development and implementation of sales concepts; identification of opportunities and development of new sales channels; design of growth-promoting measures.
  • Presentations to (new) clients; clarification of requirements and expectations; creation and follow-up of proposals.
  • Support, retention and development of our key accounts and expansion of business relationships (opening up further solution and application areas)
  • Representing our company in networks as well as at webinars, events, etc.
